£15.45 – £15.95 per hour

What You’ll Do
- Motivate and guide your team, applying Leadership & Company Principles
- Resolve problems swiftly and delegate tasks effectively
- Foster a collaborative environment where colleagues succeed together
- Cover all store operations in the absence of the Store Manager or Deputy Store Manager
- Ensure freshness, cash handling, inventory, and stock management run smoothly
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences at every visit
What You’ll Need
- Experience in leading teams in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong ability to delegate tasks and motivate colleagues
- Patience, friendliness, and composure under pressure
- A passionate drive to thrive as a key member of the Store Team
- A proactive, encouraging approach to support colleagues’ growth
