Retail Shift Manager – £16.30 - £16.80 per hour | 35+ hour contract

What You’ll Do

  • Lead with purpose: Motivate and support your team, grounded in our Leadership and Company Principles
  • Problem-solve quickly: Address challenges with confidence and delegate effectively
  • Create a winning team culture: Foster an environment where colleagues succeed together
  • Step into Store Manager responsibility: Cover operations, colleagues, and tasks in the absence of senior leadership
  • Ensure smooth operations: Oversee freshness, cash processing, inventory, and stock management
  • Deliver exceptional customer service: Strive to make every customer visit unforgettable

What You’ll Bring

To excel as a Retail Shift Manager, you’ll need:

What You’ll Receive

  • Financial rewards:
