**Retail Shift Manager – Lidl
Position Overview
£15.45 to £15.95 per hour | 30–35 hour contract | Various shifts | 30–35 days holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Enhanced family leave

What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop your team using Lidl’s Leadership Principles
- Resolve issues swiftly and delegate tasks effectively
- Cultivate a collaborative and successful team environment
- Manage store operations in the absence of the Store Manager/Deputy Store Manager
- Ensure freshness, cash handlers, inventory, and stock control run efficiently
- Deliver exceptional customer service with every visit
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience leading teams in fast-paced, high-pressure roles
- Strong ability to delegate tasks and motivate colleagues
- Patience, adaptability, and a calm demeanour under pressure
- Passion to grow with the Store Team, championing success
- A proactive mindset to support colleague development and store excellence
