**Retail Shift Manager – Lidl

Position Overview

£15.45 to £15.95 per hour | 30–35 hour contract | Various shifts | 30–35 days holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Enhanced family leave

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and develop your team using Lidl’s Leadership Principles
  • Resolve issues swiftly and delegate tasks effectively
  • Cultivate a collaborative and successful team environment
  • Manage store operations in the absence of the Store Manager/Deputy Store Manager
  • Ensure freshness, cash handlers, inventory, and stock control run efficiently
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with every visit

What You’ll Need

  • Proven experience leading teams in fast-paced, high-pressure roles
  • Strong ability to delegate tasks and motivate colleagues
  • Patience, adaptability, and a calm demeanour under pressure
  • Passion to grow with the Store Team, championing success
  • A proactive mindset to support colleague development and store excellence
