About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and uplift your team using Lidl’s Leadership Principles
- Solve problems quickly, delegate tasks and manage operations effectively
- Take over store duties in the absence of the Store Manager or Deputy Manager
- Oversee freshness, cash handling, inventory and stock management
- Ensure a positive, efficient shopping experience for customers
Requirements
✔ Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment ✔ Strong organization and delegation skills with a motivational approach ✔ A calm, patient and friendly attitude under pressure ✔ Passion for driving retail excellence and supporting team and store growth ✔ Proactive mindset to help colleagues develop and keep operations running smoothly
