Retail Shift Manager Vacancy (Lidl)
Key Details
- Wage: £15.45 – £15.95 per hour
- Contract: 30–35 hours per week
- Benefits:
- 30–35 days holiday (prorata)
- 10% in-store discount

- Bonus pay for bank holidays (+£2.00/hr) and night shifts (+£3.50/hr)

Responsibilities

Team Leadership:
- Motivate your team while aligning with Lidl’s Leadership & Company Principles
- Quickly resolve issues and delegate tasks efficiently

Operations Management:
- Take charge of store operations in the absence of the Store Manager or Deputy Manager
- Oversee freshness checks, cash processing, and inventory/stock control

Customer Experience:
- Deliver exceptional service to every customer who visits

Growth & Support:
- Foster a positive team culture where everyone succeeds together
Requirements
