Key Responsibilities
** disciplinary-driven operational excellence** with your team and store:
- Lead your team by applying Lidl’s Leadership and Company Principles
- Resolve issues swiftly, delegate tasks, and foster a thriving work environment
- Act as an interim manager in absence of Senior Leaders (Store Manager, Deputy Store Manager)
- Ensure smooth operations, inventory, and stock management
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences on every visit
Essential Criteria
You’ll need:
- Proven team leadership in fast-paced environments
- Ability to delegate effectively and manage under pressure
- Patience and calm demeanour for handling everyday situations
- Passion for driving store excellence and team success
- Proactive, uplifting attitude toward colleagues and store operations
