Retail Specialist – Travel-Focused Retail Management Role
A fantastic opportunity for a retail manager seeking more travel, variety, and challenge with world-leading company in garden and DIY equipment retail.
Job Title: Retail Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and grow the company’s retail strategy, enhancing brand presence through innovative displays and customer support.
- Plan regular visits to all stockists in your region to assess retail impact and effectiveness.
- Advise on prime display positions and suggest improvements for POS (Point of Sale) materials.
- Oversee installations, refurbishments, and relocations of in-store displays for maximum visibility.
- Ensure effective cross-department communication to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support ongoing promotions.
- Use a central CRM system to maintain accurate records.
- Travel extensively across the UK, typically with up to 2 nights away per week.

Candidate Profile: Ideal Skills & Experience
- UK-wide travelling role (central UK location required)
- Extensive retail experience at Department Manager, Store Manager, or Area Manager level.
- Ability to analyse and optimise store layouts to drive sales growth.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with competence in communicating at all levels.
- High-energy, ambitious, and determined with a progressive mindset.
