About Us

At ITS, we’re proud to be one of the UK’s leading suppliers of tools, accessories, and related products – and we’re now entering an exciting new phase in the expansion of our retail store network.

We’ve recently launched a new store concept designed to give customers a more hands-on, engaging shopping experience. This refreshed approach is now being rolled out to new store locations across the country.

To support this next stage of growth, we’re looking for a Retail Stock Controller to act as the central point of control for all retail stock and inventory performance across our retail stores.

What You’ll Be Doing

As Retail Stock Controller, you’ll be responsible for managing and optimising the stock profile of each store to ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time – maximising availability, sales and stock efficiency.

You will play a key role in connecting stores, buying, commercial and marketing teams, using data and insight to drive stock decisions that support both sales growth and operational control.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
