Retail Store Assistant Dundee Superstore

# Retail Store Assistant £12.71 per hour plus benefits Permanent | Part-time (10 hours per week) | Dundee

Reports to: Shop Manager Department: Trading


About the Role

We’re looking for a talented, motivated Retail Store Assistant to join our trading team. As an ambassador for Cancer Research UK, you’ll:

  • Provide excellent customer service to supporters and local community members.
  • Play a key role in sales and fundraising targets as part of our ambitious goals.
  • Maintain shop standards, including visual presentation, safeguarding compliance, and health & safety.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and colleagues while supporting local fundraising events.
  • Undertake keyholder responsibilities (training provided).

Requirements

You’ll bring:

  • A strong understanding of great customer service,Customer-centric mindset and st fratelli.
  • Experience (or willingness to learn) in a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • The ability to manage your own workload independently and collaborate effectively in a team.
  • Clear communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Some flexibility, as retailers operate on a rota system to meet demand. (We recognize you have a life outside work!)

  • Must be eligible to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available).
