Are you a passionate retail leader looking for your next challenge? We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Huntly Country Store, driving commercial success while creating an exceptional experience for our customers and developing a high-performing team.

What You Will Be Doing

As Store Manager, you will play a key role in the success of our Huntly store by:

  • Leading, coaching and inspiring your team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Driving sales initiatives and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Managing stock, purchasing and merchandising to maximize profitability.
  • Developing, motivating and supporting colleagues through effective leadership and succession planning.
  • Monitoring store performance through KPIs and implementing improvements.
  • Managing budgets, payroll and resources efficiently.
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental standards.
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork and innovation.

What We Are Looking For

Essential

  • Proven experience leading and motivating retail teams.
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience analyzing sales performance and delivering targeted campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the confidence to represent the business professionally.

Desirable

  • Retail management experience.
  • Knowledge of the agricultural sector.
  • Basic understanding of animal nutrition and animal health.
  • Marketing experience.
