Hours & Shift Pattern
🕒 39 hours per week – Full-time with flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends (discussed at interview).

💷 Up to £39,000 per annum

- Leading and developing a passionate team to deliver outstanding customer service and maximise store performance
- Creating exciting in-store promotions and immersive experiences
- Ensuring operational excellence (audits, budgets, and stock management)
- Driving sales through promotions, merchandising, and stock control
- Maintaining a smooth-running store
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 2+ years of experience in retail management (fresh ideas and proven leadership are key)
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate your team
- Enthusiasm for customer service and sales-led environments
- Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- A results-driven mindset, with a focus on hitting sales targets
- (Optional) Willingness to provide piercing services to customers (full training provided)
