We’re looking for a Store Manager to lead the team in York. As a Store Manager, you’ll be expected to manage the day to day operation of the store, manage, coach and develop the team to achieve targets and make sure customers receive first class customer service.
As a Store Manager you can earn up to £37,000.00 with commission.
What does the role involve?
Manage the day to day operation of the store Motivate, coach and support the sales team to hit set targets Create an environment where every member of the team is valued and supported to do perform at their best Manage sales budgets and delivery targets Manage rotas, holidays and sickness Ensure and provide excellent customer service throughout the store Deal with customer queries and complaints Make sure our showrooms are warm, friendly, safe environments for everyone within them Recruit, train and develop your team Review and manage your team's performance Complying with all Health & Safety policies and legislation
