Store Manager - London

As a Store Manager for one of our London-based stores, you will be an ambassador for Les 100 Ciels, leading the daily operations of your store. You will inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional client experiences, build and maintain a loyal customer base, and drive profitable performance. This role is ideal for someone passionate about luxury retail, with strong commercial awareness and a proven ability to lead and develop teams.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Ambassador

  • Inspire pride and passion for Les 100 Ciels within your team and clients.
  • Embody the brand values and image and have a strong understanding of the brand’s DNA.
  • Lead by example with a client-first approach, setting the tone for service excellence and a positive team culture.

Client Experience

  • Build relationships with clients, driving loyalty and long term brand advocacy.
  • Ensure a warm, personalised, luxury level client journey from first contact to aftersales care.
  • Drive effective use of the current CRM whilst also working to build this.
  • Uphold the highest standards of presentation and service across the team and ensure they are consistent with the brand’s requirements.

Sales & Business Performance

  • Nurture a culture of high performance by motivating and leading the team to consistently achieve and exceed sales and KPI targets.
  • Ensure your team are clear on all KPIs and objectives set for the store.
  • Monitor and analyse business results, identifying opportunities and implementing commercial action plans alongside the Retail Manager.
  • Manage stock levels and ensure strong product availability in your store.
  • Minimise stock loss through regular stock counts and quarterly inventory checks.

Team Leadership & Operations

  • Deliver regular one-to-ones, appraisals, and ongoing feedback, ensuring clear goals and progression plans.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, sharing best practice and celebrating success.
  • Ensure smooth running of the day to day running of the store.
  • Create and manage staff rotas and schedules, ensuring efficient coverage for your store.
  • Anticipate and manage staff holidays to ensure good shop floor cover and respect the business calendar.
  • Submit timely weekly reports and maintain strong communication with the Retail Manager and the wider UK head office team.
  • Participate in managers meetings with other store managers and your line manager.
  • Monitor and record shop floor activity and regularly update the retail manager.
  • Ensure all company policies are adhered to.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, UK retail legislation, and health and safety standards.

Profile

Education & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ luxury retail experience, including at least 1 year in a managerial role.

Personal Attributes

  • A natural leader with strong commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset.
  • Deep passion for luxury retail, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
  • Ability to work strategically and operationally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Positive, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
