Become a Retail Store Manager—a leader dedicated to shaping exceptional customer experiences and driving store success. You’ll inspire, develop your team, handle operational excellence, and immerse shoppers in memorable experiences that spark joy, creativity, and connection.

Your Mission
As Store Manager, you’ll:
- Lead and develop your team to deliver top-tier service and achieve business goals
- Act as a living brand ambassador, setting an example for seamless customer engagement
- Take ownership of store KPIs, using data to boost sales, productivity, and customer retention
- Ensure flawless standards: stock visibility, visual merchandising, and safe, welcoming environments
- Hire, train, and mentor, fostering a high-performing, engaged workforce
- Manage daily operations—rotas, payroll, health & safety, and compliance
- Drive team welfare by prioritising well-being, equality, and career growth conversations
- Collaborate with central teams and regional peers to enact business strategies and share operational insights
