About the Role
Just Jeans seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead and inspire its Kotara team, fostering an exceptional customer experience in denim retail. This is a Full-Time role, requiring commitment to weekend participation, late-night trading hours, and public holidays.
A Day in the Life
- Lead a team to meet sales and KPI targets, cultivating a customer-centric culture.
- Curate denim-outfit concepts and deliver a seamless, high-quality shopping experience.
- Train, coach, and develop staff to unlock their full potential as performers.
- Oversee stock management to minimise loss and maximise conversion.
- Visual merchandising—design and refresh in-store displays for engaging presence.
- Embrace duty rostering to balance performance against staffing needs.
What You’ll Bring
