Store Manager – NEOM Wellbeing at Westfield White City
About the Role
Are you an entrepreneurial Store Manager who is just as passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences as you are about exceptional team experiences? In this full-time, permanent position at Westfield White City, your mission will be to build a thriving NEOM Wellbeing community, host unforgettable events, drive customer outreach, and foster continuous learning and development within your team.
As a critical member of our retail team, you’ll oversee all store operations—from stock management and daily operations to local commercial strategy and strategic business planning. Collaborating closely with Marketing, Operations, and Sales & Education, you’ll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact—not just on your store, but the entire business.
Availability: This role requires weekday and weekend work, with potential for late nights and travel across locations and events.

Responsibilities
Core Duties
✅ Store Operations: Full ownership of daily storage functions, including sales performance, KPIs, payroll, rotas, stocktake procedures, and reporting ✅ Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and guide your team with a commitment to continuous development ✅ Customer Experience: Deliver inspiring Wellbeing experiences, driving positive lifestyle choices and loyalty among customers ✅ Event Management: Organize and promote in-store and field events, fostering local business partnerships ✅ Events & Partnerships:
- Develop and execute an Annual Events Plan & Monthly Activations
- Strengthen brand partnerships to reinforce NEOM Wellbeing's presence ✅ Corporate Social Responsibility:
- Support fundraising efforts through charity events and collaborations
- Champion community initiatives focused on inclusivity, volunteering, and engagement ✅ Passionate Advocacy: Promote NEOM’s commitment to people and planet through store initiatives

Requirements
We’re looking for entrepreneurial professionals with a passion for wellbeing, leadership, and operational excellence. Here are the key qualifications:
🔹 Experience:
- Minimum 2 years managing a team, ideally in a standalone retail setting
- Proven susbear level health beauty industry background
🔹 Skills & Mindset:
- Store visionettey that delivers with scatic excitating customer service
- Drive false strategy, ftill building fough yield & full pi نامیده
- Behind operational details with a commitment to trating excellent
- Excellence communicator who can still intervene with tids & induce effective collaboration
- IT literate, comfortable using MS Office, Excel, and Google Drive
- Sedd-mentored, able to multitask & work independently
- Stick applied attitudes & bears with NEM fités
