The Role
NOTE: This role is London-based and you will be required to travel to our central London office 2 x per week.
We are hiring for one Retail Strategist in either the US or UK. Please only apply to one role.
As a Retail Strategist, you will deliver world class customer success, challenging our customers to be brave enough to change their ways of working so they can realise better margins and higher profits!
Your mission is to deliver projects that enable customers to achieve their business objectives on the EDITED platform to drive measurable impact while serving as a technical and industry expert. If you’re not an expert on EDITED already, don’t worry, because we’ll make you one!

You will be a product advocate and support our users to become as fluid in using the EDITED app as you are. Not only will you be a product expert, you will also be a strong customer advocate - feeding back their views about the product to the relevant teams and helping to shape development of our software. We expect you to be passionate about our customers and be as excited about helping them to get the most value out of our product as we are.
Responsibilities
- Own a multi-million dollar portfolio of retail clients, with responsibility for ensuring clients are successfully adopting the EDITED product suite and realizing measurable ROI.
- Create and deliver strategic workshops and trainings that enable clients to achieve their business objectives via the EDITED product suite and drive measure ROI for the client.
- Act as a thought partner to retail clients; leverage understanding of existing processes within the retail ecosystem to strategically recommend integration of EDITED data.
- Partner and collaborate with Account Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase adoption, drive ROI, identify upsell opportunities to retain and grow portfolio ARR.
- Ability to effectively communicate across all levels of retail ecosystem - from individual contributors to the CEO.
- Strong written communication skills, ability to clearly articulate and document processes both internally and externally.
- Ability to advocate and influence - both externally with clients and internally, on behalf of our clients, with cross functional partners.
- Analyze and interpret usage data to identify client risk and inform training priorities.
- Articulate EDITED's positioning, use cases, and value.

Qualifications
- 2+ years working in the head office at a retailer or brand
- An interest or background in SaaS, data, or a strong curiosity and willingness to learn
- Proven success in growing existing accounts and relationships
- Desire to be on a collaborative team while working independently on your own projects
- Passion for presenting, communication thoroughly, and guiding others
- Ability to travel on-site to visit customers in person, up to 20%
