Retail Supervisor - Harrogate

We’ve got an exciting new project on the go. We’re opening a brand-new store in Harrogate, and we’re looking for a sharp, proactive Retail Supervisor to keep our store floor firing on all cylinders from day one.

At 15,000 square feet, this is a more compact, fast-paced layout that seamlessly blends our core retail trade with a premium Kitchen & Bathroom showroom. As a Supervisor, you’ll be the heartbeat of the shop floor—motivating the team, driving trade sales, and ensuring our customer service is second to none. It’s a busy, varied role where you'll step up to run shifts, manage daily operations, and help shape a brand-new team in a vibrant local market.

We are looking for a Retail Supervisor to join our new store opening in Harrogate. Whether you have managed a team of 2 or 10 we are keen to meet you. You must be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, be able to train new team members, support scheduling rotas and will be a key-holder in store. We offer both early and late shifts as our Store is open from 7am - 8pm.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
