Retail Supervisor
Retail Supervisor – Join Screwfix

You’ll be a vital part of the team, getting stuck in and leading by example. Whether you’re front-of-house helping customers or in the warehouse keeping our standards high, customers are always at the front of your mind. And with the help of our excellent training programmes and varied shift patterns to support a healthy work-life balance, you’ll be on the right track for a promising career with us!
Opening Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 7am – 8pm
- Saturday: 7am – 6pm
- Sunday: 9am – 4pm

Responsibilities
What’s it like to be a Retail Supervisor?
- Host: Act as the team leader, setting the standard for great customer service. Guide customers toward the right products, making their shopping experience smooth and easy.
- Store standards: Ensure seamless operations, including:
- Cash reconciliations
- Customer queries resolution
- Audit compliance
- Effective stock management

Qualifications & Fit
You are… ✔ An experienced supervisor or duty manager accustomed to leading small teams in fast-paced environments ✔ A customer service champion, able to translate service excellence into sales growth ✔ Inquisitive and committed to continuous improvement ✔ Passionate about our business and its values ✔ Friendly, flexible, reliable, honest, and hardworking
