Opening hours:
Monday – Friday (7am to 8pm) Saturday (7am to 6pm) Sunday (9am to 4pm)
Key Responsibilities
WHAT’S IT LIKE TO BE A RETAIL SUPERVISOR?
- Host – you’ll be the team leader, setting an example of great customer service. You’ll understand what your customers need, guide them to the right products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
- Store standards – ensure everything runs efficiently, including:
- Cash reconciliations
- Managing customer queries promptly
- Audit compliance
- Efficient stock management
- Part of the team – join a team that takes pride in its store, working together and having fun along the way!

Required Skills & Experience
YOU ARE…
- An experienced supervisor or duty manager comfortable managing a small team in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional at delivering customer service and converting it into sales
- Inquisitive, self-improving, and always looking for ways to enhance the team and business performance
- Passionate about working with Screwfix’s products and mission
- Friendly, flexible, reliable, honest, and committed to strong performance
