Retail Supervisor

What you'll bring to the team

We’re currently recruiting for a Retail Supervisor to work across Shrek’s Adventure! London and the London Dungeon. Whether you're helping guests pick up the perfect souvenir before heading home from Far, Far Away or serving up refreshments in the Tavern Bar before they face their fate, no two days are ever the same!

Supporting the Retail Manager, you'll lead a team of Retail Hosts to deliver unforgettable guest experiences whilst driving commercial performance across our retail and bar operations. You'll be passionate about creating a welcoming, engaging environment where every guest interaction counts, whilst ensuring our retail spaces are always well presented, fully stocked and ready for action.

You'll coach, motivate and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer service, confidently drive sales and achieve performance targets. Leading by example, you'll create a positive, guest obsessed culture whilst ensuring operational standards, cash handling procedures and health and safety requirements are consistently met.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
