As part of this role, you’ll stay true to our purpose—no matter whether it’s helping customers front-of-house or ensuring operations run smoothly behind the scenes. Our strong training programmes and flexible shift patterns backup your balance between work and life, while our culture will help you grow over the long term.

Store opening hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 7 AM – 8 PM
  • Saturday: 7 AM – 6 PM
  • Sunday: 9 AM – 4 PM

What It Takes to Be a Retail Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example – Host the store with passion, shaping how your team delivers exceptional customer service.
  • Meet every customer need – Manage queries professionally, help them find the right products, and remove any barriers to a smooth experience.
  • Elevate store standards – Ensure cash reconciliations are accurate, audits meet compliance, and your operation runs efficiently.
  • Own stock and team culture – Oversee inventory, always keep supplies ready, and foster a team who takes pride in the place they work.
