Your role as Supervisor:
- Support the management team in the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Help drive sales through customer engagement and promotion of Star Buys (Superdrugâs loyalty rewards).
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless, enjoyable shopping experience.
- Maintain store standards: well-stocked shelves, lost-time reduction, and minimising till errors.
- Foster teamwork to exceed sales targets and ensure smooth store operations.
- Enjoy a varied, dynamic daily experienceâno two days are the same!
What Youâll Bring
- Preferred: Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high-street retailer.
- Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including sales, profitability, and service delivery.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities to support staff development.
- Willingness to learn and perform piercing services for customers (training provided; not essential but an asset).
