About the Role: Retail Supervisor
Our stores are all about smooth, happy customer experiences. As Retail Supervisor, you’ll be the backbone of excellent service – working closely with colleagues to keep momentum high and standards impeccable.
- You’ll host live in-store, leading by example and showing customers the best way to find what they need
- Guaranteeing every transaction runs like clockwork, from checks to CSR upkeep and compliance
- Managing store performance, from cash reconciliations to stock and making goal hits a regular occurrence
- Championing team spirit, making work an inclusive sparky environment

Key Responsibilities
Host: Customer Front and Centre
- You’ll take pride in welcoming visitors, putting their needs first.
- Guiding them to the right products with a confident smile.
- Ensuring their journey is simple, fast, and smooth.
Store Standards
- Making sure cash reconciliations, customer queries, audit compliance and stock management are handled professionally.
- Overseeing cost controls to ensure operations stay efficient.
Team Lead: Making the Team Soar
- Embrace working closely with colleagues and champion teamwork.
- Fun is non-negotiable – we aim to make work a community rather than a job.
Opening Hours
We are open to serve our customers daily, with:
- Monday–Friday: 7am–8pm
- Saturday: 7am–6pm
- Sunday: 9am–4pm
Required Skills & Experience
We’re looking for your:
- Supervisory experience: Proven ability to lead and manage small teams in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Customer service excellence: Turning smiles into sales with a frosty help.
- Curiosity and passion: Ever questioning and eager to grow in our business
- Keen business focus: Integrally know where the company thrives and count critical moves.
- Trained attitude: You’ll rock friendly, flexible, reliable enthusiasm and be the hard-working stand out. Presence mandatory.
