Retail Supervisor – Dagenham
Hours: 30 hours per week Store Operating Hours: 7 AM – 8 PM

As the face of Toolstation, you’ll create stellar first impressions, foster long-term customer relationships, and go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations. This isn’t typical retail—there’s so much more than ringing till receipts.
You’ll be serving customers, supporting the Store Manager, managing deliveries, picking stock from the warehouse, and restocking shelves. Expect some practical (and sometimes physically demanding) work—working in an environment that can range from hot summers to icy winters.
But if you take pride in your team and deliver exceptional service, our customers will notice, and so will our company!
The Day-to-Day

Supporting the team & leadership:
- Step in for the Store Manager when needed
- Motivate and coach your team to boost sales, meet targets, and succeed
- Provide guidance and motivation to everyone involved

Hands-on operations:
- Check & unpack deliveries promptly
- Stock shelves efficiently (or rearrange if needed)
- Maintain store cleanliness (great customer experience starts here)
- Assemble customer orders with care

Delivering world-class service:
- Smile, multitask, and listen—even on busy days
- Go above & beyond to ensure customers get exactly what they need
- Encourage your team to match our service standard
