JOB TITLE: Supervisor

LOCATION: Cheltenham

CONTRACT: Permanent, Part Time

HOURS: 35 hours p/w over 5 days (Thursday and Saturday Off)

PAY RATE: £13.48 - £14.03 p/h

We're looking for someone with strong retail experience and previous experience leading or supporting a team. Whether you're already a Supervisor or an experienced Senior Sales Assistant with leadership responsibilities, you'll play a key part in creating a great customer experience while helping to inspire and support your colleagues.

  • Lead and motivate the team during your shifts.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with the day-to-day running of the store.
  • Help achieve sales and KPI targets.
  • Maintain high visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
  • Support stock deliveries and replenishment.
  • Coach and develop colleagues through leading by example.
  • Work with new seasonal collections and merchandising.
  • Help customers feel confident through great styling advice and service.
