Retail Supervisor – Farmfoods (Bloxwich, West Midlands)
Hours & Pay
- Hours: 39 hours per week (flexible shifts, 5 days)
- Pay: £13.61 per hour (minimum £530/week)
- Overtime may be available.

About the Role
We are looking to recruit a Retail Supervisor for our shop in Bloxwich, West Midlands. This is a permanent full-time position (39 hours) working across a variety of shifts, including weekends. Flexibility is essential.
Responsibilities
As a Retail Supervisor, you will:
- Support the shop manager in leading the team to maintain an efficient, customer-focused environment.
- Take full responsibility for running the shop in the manager’s absence, ensuring:
- Customers are provided with excellent service
- Deliveries are processed smoothly
- Routines are completed to keep the shop clean, safe, and tidy
- Open/close the shop, handle cash transactions, and place orders.
- Train and develop retail assistants.
- Control operational costs, including shrinkage (theft/theft), waste, and payroll.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A friendly, hardworking attitude with a strong people-focused approach.
- The ability to build strong relationships with both team members and customers.
- Trustworthiness and reliability—this role requires diligence in daily responsibilities.
- Supervisor/team leader experience in retail or related industries is beneficial, but not mandatory—we welcome career starters!
- A willingness to undergo a Basic DBS check (or Disclosure Scotland check if employed in Scotland).
