The Role
As a Supervisor, you are the ultimate Service Role Model in our store, working alongside Managers to deliver a world-class shopping experience for customers. You lead your team by setting the pace while maintaining an energetic, productive, and enjoyable environment.
You will:
- Manage daily operations across all store functions.
- Represent leadership when Managers are unavailable.
- Lead teams to meet sales, customer service, and operational targets.
This position operates on a 24-hour-per-week contract.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
- Supervise team performance, provide feedback, and report strengths/weaknesses to management.
- Motivate, mentor, and train team members to exceed goals while fostering a positive atmosphere.
- Train new hires in company standards, customer service, and operational procedures.
Driving Results
- Clearly communicate directives to ensure smooth collaboration and task completion.
- Lead business initiatives (e.g., email capture campaigns) and support team success.
- Work with Managers to hit targets and improve store performance.
- Share best practices internally and across the business.
Commercial & Operational Excellence
- Make commercial decisions to enhance store performance and align with company expectations.
- Ensure "all sizes out" for every customer; escalate stock availability issues.
- Use store reports to identify risks and opportunities and inform walkthroughs.
- Monitor competitors (in-store and online) to maintain a unique shopping experience.
- Take accountability for Health & Safety, reducing risks and supporting compliance.
Team Wellbeing & Culture
- Illustrate a commitment to personal development and act as a role model.
- Assist in hr appointments, coaching new team members.
- Foster a culture appreciating wellbeing, merit recognition, and a cohesive work community.
- Adapt leadership approaches to team dynamics.

Skills & Experience
Preferred Skills
- Supervisory experience (ideally in customer-facing environments) or retail exposure.
