Retail Supervisor
Dedicated Retail Supervisor (Part-Time, 16 Hours Per Week)
We're currently recruiting a Retail Supervisor to ensure smooth operations in one of our major High Street brand venues on a part-time basis.
As a Retail Supervisor, you will maintain high-quality standards while progressing your career with a company that invests in its people, values individuality, and acknowledges employees who excel.

What You’ll Be Doing
Your key responsibilities may include:
- Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly
- Supervising a team, fostering a positive and supportive work environment
- Acting as a responsible key holder
- Operating the till, processing orders, and handling payments
- Assisting with weekly bookwork and additional duties as needed
- Producing weekly rotas following managerial guidelines
- Placing stock orders to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Delegating tasks and ensuring the team remains proactive
- Compliance with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
- Adhering to Health & Safety regulations

- Previous experience supervising frontline teams in a similar retail environment
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence
- A team-player attitude, combining dedication with a proverbial "can-do" mindset
- Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining a positive professional demeanour
