Retail Supervisor
Retail Supervisor – Full-Time (35 Hours Per Week)
About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated Retail Supervisor to help deliver seamless operations in a major High Street brand, ensuring exceptional standards while supporting colleagues to thrive.
This is a full-time position (35 hours/week) with a focus on training, development, and a collaborative culture. As part of Compass Group UK&I, you’ll have the opportunity to progress your career within a company that values and rewards its people.

Key Responsibilities
As a Retail Supervisor, you will:
- Ensure all deliveries are checked, stored promptly, and recorded correctly
- Supervise frontline teams, fostering a positive, welcoming, and supportive environment
- Act as a responsible key holder with discretion and accountability
- Operate tills, handle order processing, and securely process payments
- Assist with weekly financial record-keeping and administrative duties as required
- Create and manage weekly rotas in accordance with team guidelines
- Monitor stock levels and submit accurate orders to maintain optimal inventory
- Delegate tasks effectively and maintain high team productivity
- Ensure strict adherence to Food Handling & Hygiene standards
- Comply with all Health & Safety regulations
