Retail Supervisors/Managers

Retail Supervisory & Management Roles – Enniskillen (9-12 Month Contracts, Potential to Perm)

Locations: Enniskillen-based pop-up retail fashion store (short-term contracts, opportunity to transition into permanent roles)


Positions Available

  • Store Manager | £31,000 – £35,000 (incl. KPI bonus)
  • Assistant Store Manager | £28,200 – £30,000
  • Supervisor (30 hours/week) | £13.35 per hour

About the Role

Our client is seeking enthusiastic Supervisors and Managers to spearhead operations at their upcoming pop-up store. If you excel in: ✔ Operational excellence ✔ Team leadership ✔ Delivering outstanding customer service then these roles could be your next career leap.


Responsibilities

Key tasks include:

  • Driving store performance, sales targets, and customer satisfaction
  • Overhauling staff training, motivation, and team development
  • Ensuring smooth daily operations (opening/closing, inventory, stock rotation)
  • Managing budgets, stock levels, and vendor relationships
  • Handling customer complaints, disputes, and service recovery
  • Physically active role (lifting, bending, squatting, reaching, moving goods)

Requirements

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Proven experience in a Supervisor/Assistant Manager role
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work flexible shifts (dynamic scheduling required)
  • Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Physical capability to perform standard retail floor tasks
