Retail Team Leader
Retail Team Leader (Brand Lead) – Superdry
The Role
As a Brand Lead, you will shape the customer experience in store through a genuine, style-driven approach. You’ll support the management team by motivating your colleagues to exceed retail targets and deliver excellent service, reflecting the Superdry vision at every touchpoint.
You Will
Operations & Service
- Act as a local knowledge and sales expert to deliver an unbeatable brand experience for every customer.
- Master Superdry’s aesthetic standards, translating them into exclusive in-store experiences.
- Make confident, customer-centric decisions—handling issues with ownership and problem-solving.
- Model our brand behaviours, values, and style to inspire others.
- Build trust through open communication and collaboration with the team.
- Constantly deepening product knowledge and business acumen.
- Drive store presentation—ensuring the venue reflects the Superdry look.
- Align your team to achieve retail standards and service excellence.
- Support loss prevention, health & safety, and compliance tasks as needed.
- Exceed every expectation—owning accountability and leading by example.
- Cultivate collaborations with colleagues and share the Superdry culture passionately.
- Maintain strong commercial awareness—understanding KPIs and contributing innovative ideas.
- Make every day productive and impactful for your store.
- Be authentic and true to yourself—trust your instincts as a store ambassador.
- Hold keys for the store, managing openings, closures, and cash operations.

- Assist in daily team supervision, guidance, and mentorship.
- Motivate and lead teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Provide clear direction inflecting team focus, aligning efforts with goals.
- Drive staff engagement and progress towards store targets.
- Balance operational tasks across the team, leveraging practical expertise.
- Offer timely feedback, acknowledging achievements and addressing improvements.
