(Type: Full Time / Part Time / Seasonal)
Pay Rates: £13.71 per hour (up to this rate, depending on age)
Join Haven’s One Great Team as a Supermarket Team Member, ensuring our guests and owners have everything they need for a memorable stay.
About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, helpful, and passionate Supermarket Team Member to join our on-park retail stores. In this role, you’ll:
- Ensure a fantastic shopping experience for guests, team members, well-stocked shelves, and friendliness.
- Work in a fun, holiday-themed environment—perfect for those who love retail!
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent guest service, helping customers and staff find what they need.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked store, following stock rotation guidelines.
- Process transactions accurately, handle cash, and ensure smooth checkout.
- Assist with inventory management, including delivery checks and restocking.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards to maintain a secure and welcoming environment.
- Support promotional activities, such as seasonal displays and in-store offers.

Requirements
- Previous retail or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
- Must be friendly, approachable, and have strong communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks efficiently.
- Reliable and flexible, with the ability to work shifts from early mornings to late evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- A strong team player who is happy to support colleagues when needed.
- Must be at least 18 years old (minimum legal age to sell alcohol).
