Retail Team Member – Daylesford Organic, Pimlico
About The Role

As a Retail Team Member at Daylesford Organic, Pimlico, you will be part of a beautifully curated organic store, offering:
- Fresh daily-delivered produce from our farm

Your role will focus on delivering a exceptional customer experience, sharing product knowledge, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the store. Through thoughtful service and attention to detail, you’ll embody Daylesford’s commitment to quality, sustainability, and conscious living for every customer.
Key Details
- Salary: £13.15 per hour + tronc (Weekly Pay)
- Hours: Full-time (32–40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

Customer Service:
- Deliver genuine, attentive service, welcoming customers and offering thoughtful product recommendations.
- Create a memorable customer experience for every visitor.

Retail Operations:
- Maintain beautifully presented retail spaces, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and organisation.
- Replenish stock and manage product rotation, ensuring freshness and high-quality availability.
- Process transactions accurately, including payments, returns, and exchanges.

Merchandising & Store Progress:
- Support visual merchandising through seasonal displays, promotions, and storytelling to bring brand values to life.
- Contribute to positive social and environmental change as part of Daylesford’s B Corp journey.
