As a Retail Team Member at Daylesford Organic, Pimlico, you’ll be part of a beautifully curated organic store featuring:

Your role involves delivering outstanding customer service, showcasing our organic products, and ensuring smooth store operations. Through thoughtful service, you’ll embody Daylesford’s core values of quality, sustainability, and conscious living, making every customer interaction meaningful.
Key Details
- Salary: £13.15 an hour, plus tronc (Weekly Pay)
- Hours: Full-time, 32–40 hours per week

Responsibilities
Your day-to-day will include:
- Customer experience: Provide attentive, authentic service by welcoming guests, sharing product knowledge, and offering personalised recommendations to create lasting memories.
- Store presentation: Maintain pristine retail spaces, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and organisation across shelves, displays, and back-of-house areas.
- Stock management: Replenish inventory and rotate products to guarantee freshness, availability, and ideal conditions at all times.
- Point of sale: Confidently operate tills for payments, refunds, and exchanges, adhering to cash handling protocols.
- Visual merchandising: Enhance brand storytelling through seasonal displays, promotions, and immersive arrangements.
- Sustainability alignment: Champion the brand’s B Corp certification, embodying values-driven change in every action.
- Advocacy: Inspire colleagues, customers, and suppliers to live and work more conscientiously, fueling positive societal impact.
