Retail Territory Manager – Permanent | Full Time

We employ approximately 13,000 people and operate in 60 countries. Through our pioneering and sustainable share-and-reuse business model, the world’s biggest brands trust us to help them transport their goods more efficiently, safely, and with less environmental impact.
About the Role
You’ll join an international organization big enough to take you anywhere, yet small enough to get you there sooner. We’re looking for a Retail Territory Manager (based in Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, or Lincolnshire) to build strong customer relationships, protect CHEPT assets, and drive service excellence in a field-based role.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, influencing customer behaviour, and making a tangible impact on industry sustainability.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
