About the Role
We are looking for a Retail Training & Development Specialist to join our team and support our Retail Training & Development Managers in ensuring our retail partners maximize their knowledge and sales of Crep Protect products.
This is a field-based role, requiring frequent travel from Monday to Friday across multiple retail locations. You will engage with store teams, train them on product features and best sales practices, and ensure that our visual merchandising guidelines are met.

Key Responsibilities
- Retail Training & Support – Engage with retail store teams to educate them on Crep Protect products, ensuring they have the knowledge and confidence to sell effectively.
- Merchandising & Visual Standards – Check in-store displays, ensuring products are well-presented and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Retail Engagement & Relationship Building – Work closely with store staff and managers to strengthen our brand presence and optimize sales performance.
- Reporting & Feedback – Gather insights from store visits and provide feedback to the Retail Training & Development Manager to enhance strategy and execution.
What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in retail, field sales, merchandising, or training is a plus.
- Passion for sneakers and knowledge of sneaker care is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and train store teams.
- A self-motivated, organized, and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel Monday to Friday across various store locations.
