Travel Advisor (Retail Team) – Bridgwater, TUI

About the Role

You’ll deliver exceptional customer service in a flexible environment, working:

  • Weekend shifts
  • Bank holidays
  • Eveningroixocate booster shifts during busy

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilise your passion for travel to inspire customers and colleagues while enjoying meaningful interaction.
  • Push sales targets (we call it "Smashing your Targets").
  • Engage face-to-face and virtually with customers while adapting quickly to change.
  • Resolve issues proactively—investigate complaints, advise solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop your technical skills through training on systems that enhance holiday recommendations.
