Travel Advisor (Retail Team) – Bridgwater, TUI

About the Role
You’ll deliver exceptional customer service in a flexible environment, working:
- Weekend shifts
- Bank holidays
- Eveningroixocate booster shifts during busy
Key Responsibilities
- Utilise your passion for travel to inspire customers and colleagues while enjoying meaningful interaction.
- Push sales targets (we call it "Smashing your Targets").
- Engage face-to-face and virtually with customers while adapting quickly to change.
- Resolve issues proactively—investigate complaints, advise solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop your technical skills through training on systems that enhance holiday recommendations.
