- Reports to: Head of Customer Success
- Location: Fully remote, UK-based
- Contract: Full-time, permanent
- Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 + share options

Why This Role Exists
Driftrock works with some of the world's biggest automotive brands. A national brand campaign delivers the most value when retailers are fully engaged—logging in, qualifying leads, and feeding conversion data back up the chain. Retailer engagement is a key lever for proving success, and this role is built to drive that engagement.
This is a newly created position, dedicated to supporting and growing Driftrock’s network of UK automotive retailers. You’ll help businesses scale adoption of the Driftrock platform, ensuring confidence in lead qualification, mastery of reporting, and seamless contribution to the data loop that powers account performance.
What You’ll Own
You’ll be accountable for retailer success across the Driftrock platform, ensuring retailers are active, confident, and deriving measurable value from the tools available to them.
Your First 90 Days
By Day 30:
- Gain a clear picture of retailers’ Driftrock maturity, identifying those fully set up, in-progress, or presenting the greatest opportunity for engagement.
- Start building relationships with key contacts across the network via early outreach.
By Day 60:
- Establish a structured onboarding workflow and deliver your first training sessions.
- Set up a consistent feedback cadence to track engagement metrics (logins, lead qualification, reporting usage).
By Day 90:
- Visibility into measurable improvements in retailer login and lead qualification rates.
- Develop a feedback loop between the retailer network and Driftrock’s Customer Success team.
- Proactively flag high-risk and high-opportunity accounts.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Onboard new retailers onto the Driftrock platform, delivering targeted training sessions to drive adoption and ensure smooth operation from baseline.
- Monitor engagement metrics—login rates, lead qualification activity, and reporting usage—across the portfolio and proactively address gaps.
- Conduct one-to-one coaching sessions to support retailers in qualifying leads, interpreting reports, and leveraging platform features effectively.
- Increase signal closure rates by highlighting the importance of returning conversion data to brand accounts and simplifying the process.
- Triage and resolve retailer support requests via chat and ticketing systems, ensuring clear, swift resolutions.
- Build and maintain training materials (guides, videos, and walkthrough docs) to reduce repeat queries and empower self-service.
- Escalate insights to the Customer Success team and broader business, including pain points, best practices, and product improvement opportunities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
