About The Role

We are looking for a friendly, highly organised and meticulous individual to join us as a Retention Improvement Officer. This is a rewarding role for someone who is passionate about helping students overcome barriers to attendance and engagement, ensuring they have every opportunity to succeed in their studies and achieve their potential.

As a key member of the team, you will:

  • Monitor attendance and retention
  • Build positive relationships with students, parents and carers
  • Work closely with teaching and support staff to identify concerns early and implement strategies that improve student participation and success

The role requires:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confidence in handling data and records
  • A genuine commitment to supporting young people
