We're partnering with a fast-growing digital business that's looking for an experienced Retention & Loyalty Team Lead to join their marketing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategy with hands-on delivery. You'll lead the execution of customer retention and loyalty initiatives, working across CRM, rewards, lifecycle marketing and customer experience to increase engagement, retention and long-term customer value.

A bit about the role:

  • Lead the delivery of retention, loyalty and lifecycle marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Develop customer journeys, segmentation strategies and personalised experiences.
  • Own and optimise loyalty and rewards initiatives, balancing customer engagement with commercial performance.
  • Analyse campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement and use data to drive decisions.
  • Coach and support a small team, helping maintain high standards and best practice.

A bit about you:

  • You've got solid experience in retention, CRM, lifecycle or loyalty marketing.
  • You're confident building customer journeys, running loyalty programmes and improving customer engagement.
  • You enjoy using data, testing and customer insights to optimise performance.
  • You've managed or mentored people and enjoy helping others develop.
  • You're organised, commercially minded and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can evolve.
