About the Role
You will facilitate the coordination and delivery of a professional service to retirement living customers across designated schemes, covering:
- Service, facilities management
- Housing management
- Monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with partners
About You
Key Requirements
We’re seeking a team player with ‘best practice’ experience in the social housing sector who can:
- Demonstrate relevant experience working with older/vulnerable individuals
- Have a strong understanding of housing management
- Manage relationships with partner agencies/organisations
- Hold formal qualifications in housing, care, or support (advantageous)

Role Profile
Core Responsibilities
Service Delivery & Coordination
- Manage occupancy targets via letting/property refurbishment
- Monitor rent collection & arrears management
- Deliver service contracts (heating, lifts, fire equipment, gardening, etc.)
Customer Engagement
- Provide practical support (occupancy agreements, benefits claims, partner liaison)
- Perform tenancy compliance checks and anti-social behaviour mitigation
- Educate customers on health/safety policies (Riverside’s GDPR, health & safety compliance)
Community & Relational Work
- Engage local areas/neighbourhoods, promoting integration with active programmes
- Assess housing needs with relevant agencies for suitability

Legal & Operational Compliance
- Ensure riverside policies align with growing responsibilities
- Adhere to data protection legislation & safeguarding
Other Duties & Responsibilities
- Flexible working (outside standard hours if required)
- Cash handling, lone work protocols where necessary
- Enhanced training & supervisions for role development
- Occasional participation in additional team duties
Travel & Location
- May require travel to other UK regions for role fulfilment
- Confidentiality obligations when handling sensitive customer data
Person Specification
Essential
- Housing/ageing vulnerable services experience
- Liaison with agencies/partners
- MS Office skills (Word/Excel) + willingness to train on specialized systems
Desirable
✔ Formal housing qualification ✔ Full, clean driving licence
