Retrofit Assessor – Immediate Start | Freelance Surveying Opportunity | Colchester & North Essex
Location: Colchester & North Essex (CO10 & CO14 postcode areas)
Salary: Competitive pay per survey
Working pattern: Freelance Contract
Hunter Dunning is working with a client to recruit an experienced Retrofit Assessor for an ongoing residential energy assessment programme across the CO10 and CO14 postcode areas. This freelance contract offers an immediate start, flexible working, and all appointments are pre-booked by the client, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality assessments.

Your Experience
- Qualified Retrofit Assessor
- Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) accreditation
- Previous experience carrying out residential EPCs and Retrofit Assessments
- Strong understanding of residential construction and housing
- Experience using PlanUp for floor plans (training and login details provided)
- Excellent attention to detail and reporting skills
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle
