About the Opportunity
We are building a talent pool of experienced financial services professionals who are looking to return to the industry after a career break. We recognise that careers are not always linear, and we welcome individuals who have taken time away from the workplace (typically 2+ years) for reasons such as parenting, caring responsibilities, relocation, health, study, or other personal commitments. This is an opportunity to reconnect with the industry and explore roles aligned to your experience as opportunities arise.
Who We’re Looking For
We are interested in hearing from individuals who:
- Have prior experience in financial services or related corporate functions (e.g. operations, risk, compliance, finance, HR, technology)
- Have taken a career break of 2+ years
- Are looking to return to a professional role
- Bring strong transferable skills, sound judgement, and a collaborative mindset
- Are open to re-engaging with a fast-paced, evolving environment

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
