Company

RealVNC is the remote access platform for engineers looking for the most reliable and the most secure solution built by the creators of VNC technology. Over the last 25 years, as the inventors of VNC, we've enabled a global workforce to work wherever works and created the remote access market. Our software is used by hundreds of millions of users worldwide including IT professionals from global companies, such as Intel, IBM, NASA, Shell, DreamWorks and Philips.

Our lead product, VNC Connect, allows users to connect securely to a remote device anywhere in the world, see its screen in real-time, and take control as though sitting in front of it. The product has been deployed across a myriad of use cases, from remote support through to deploying the software onto connected devices such as medical ventilators, set-top boxes, heavy industrial machinery and more.

Backed by leading mid-market private equity firm, Livingbridge since 2021, we are investing in our people to support our highly ambitious growth plans. As part of our people strategy to develop our next generation organisation, we are looking to add new team members that are integral to the success of the business, committed to delivering high quality results, collaboration and innovation to help accelerate company growth.

Position

As a Revenue Operations Administrator, you will be supporting the alignment of Sales, Marketing and Customer Success operations, spanning the full customer life cycle, to help drive growth through operational efficiency.

This is a new role, created as we adopt AI across RealVNC's revenue and back-office teams, as Rev Ops is the natural home for ownership and maintenance. You will identify where AI can drive the most value, scope and direct the build of solutions (working closely with our other internal experts), and drive adoption across teams. You are a problem-solver and communicator first, a builder second.

This role will be part of the day-to-day engine of Rev Ops, translating strategy into delivered and adopted solutions. As such you'll be working closely with all levels of the commercial team plus other teams at RealVNC.

Key responsibilities of this role will include;

  • Own or Support priority Rev Ops projects. This will vary from bringing in something new (e.g. account segmentations), or refining processes (e.g. lead management)
  • Understand the SaaS end-to-end customer lifecycle and identify areas to optimise our revenue bow tie through automation, AI, tooling, or training
  • Work with stakeholders across the Revenue teams to own or Support priority Rev Ops projects. This will vary from bringing in something new (e.g. account segmentations), or refining processes (e.g. lead management). This will include responsibility to:
    • Discover improvement opportunities - work with stakeholders across revenue and back-office to surface areas for optimisation. Decide priority based on impact and feasibility
    • Oversee delivery - Own the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions from scoping through to adoption, keeping stakeholders informed along the way
    • Enablement - Run training and onboarding sessions. Create documentation and guides that make AI tools stick and add value
    • Support the C-Suite and Revenue Leadership, particularly your line manager (SVP of Operations), with ad hoc requests including running data, creating slides for the monthly reporting or board pack, or supporting in other projects

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
