Innovative Systems/FinScan®

Innovative Systems/FinScan® (Innovative) is well-established and well-known for setting new standards in the fight against financial crimes. A leading global provider of SaaS and on-premise software data management and compliance solutions, we are looking for talented and dynamic Revenue Enablement Lead to help scale how we sell.

About the Role

Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role sits at the center of our go-to-market engine, ensuring our Sales, Account Management, and SDR teams are equipped with clear messaging, effective tools, and the training needed to win. You will partner closely with Marketing, Product and Sales Leadership to translate strategy into execution, turning positioning into practical, sales-ready materials and training programs.

Your focus is simple: improve how we show up in the market and increase our ability to create pipeline and convert into revenue.

The Revenue Enablement Lead ensures that core messaging, brand and campaign focus directed by Marketing, Product and Sales Leadership are effectively translated and adopted within the revenue organization, via packaged assets and educational content. Key to the success of the role and the company’s growth ambitions is the adoption of those assets into day to day Sales activities.

What You’ll Do

  • Turn Strategy into Sales Execution by creating and managing an ongoing program of Revenue Enablement, including:
    • Translate marketing messaging and product positioning into clear, compelling sales narratives
    • Ensure consistent articulation of customer pain, value, and differentiation across the revenue team
    • Drive alignment between how we position, present, and sell our solutions
  • Equip the Revenue Team
    • Adapt and standardize marketing and product content into sales-ready materials, including pitch decks, solution overviews, and supporting assets
    • Build and maintain a centralized library of sales content that is easy to access and use
    • Ensure materials are practical, consistent, and effective in real selling environments
  • Drive Sales Readiness
    • Design, deliver and manage onboarding and ongoing training programs
    • Enable teams on messaging, product updates, and market dynamics
    • Reinforce best practices through collaboration with sales leadership and deal support
  • Bridge Product, Marketing, and Sales
    • Translate product updates into sales-ready messaging
    • Ensure market developments are reflected in how we position and sell
    • Act as a connector across teams to ensure alignment and clarity, partnering with Sales and Marketing to measure success of the program and adapt as required
  • Continuously Improve Performance
    • Identify gaps in messaging, content, and execution
    • Drive adoption of standardized approaches across the revenue team
    • Contribute to improvements in conversion, consistency, and sales effectiveness

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
