Who you are:
We are always looking for amazing talent who can contribute to our growth and deliver results! Geotab is seeking a Revenue Enablement Specialist who will drive the adoption, optimization, and continuous improvement of software platforms across our Customer Success organization. This role sits within the Business Transformation and Enablement team and acts as the primary owner of the Salesloft platform — building the cadences, flows, and best practices that help CS reps work smarter and spend more time with customers. If you are tech-savvy, love turning data into action, and are passionate about enabling teams to perform at their best — we would love to hear from you!
What you’ll do:
As a Revenue Enablement Specialist, your key areas of responsibility will include owning the Salesloft platform end-to-end — from cadence design and automation to training, governance, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with CS leadership, RevOps, and IT/BTO to translate engagement strategies into scalable, executable workflows that help CS reps spend more time with customers.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

How you’ll make an impact:
- Champion Salesloft adoption across CS teams through hands-on training, best practice guides, playbooks, and targeted engagement interventions
- Design, build, and iterate on Salesloft cadences tailored to CS workflows including renewals, onboarding, check-ins, and escalations
- Identify and eliminate manual, repetitive tasks by leveraging Salesloft automation rules, triggers, and integrations including Salesforce sync
- Partner with CS leadership, RevOps, and IT/BTO to align platform configuration with business needs and maintain hygiene across templates, cadences, user permissions, and field mappings
- Track adoption metrics and design targeted interventions for teams or individuals with low engagement
- Develop and maintain a current cadence library, onboarding materials, and a roadmap of platform enhancements
- Serve as the internal escalation point for Salesloft questions and issues
What you’ll bring to this role:
- 2–4 years of experience in sales/revenue enablement, sales operations, or a Customer Success operations role
- Hands-on experience with sales engagement platforms (Salesloft preferred — but if you are strong with technology, you can learn the tool)
- Strong data analysis skills to measure cadence performance, rep activity, and platform adoption
- Excellent written communication skills — you can create clear, concise training content, playbooks, and presentations that make complex processes simple
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and experience working with integrations
- Comfort with process mapping and workflow design
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience with other revenue tech stack tools (ZoomInfo, Gong, etc.) is a plus
If you got excited by:
- A role where you will own and build processes from the ground up during an exciting migration project
- Being the go-to person for a whole CS team — driving real behaviour change and efficiency gains
- Using data to uncover the habits and patterns that make top performers succeed, and scaling those insights
- A family-like team culture where everyone works together, there is no hierarchy, and you have genuine autonomy
- A bilingual edge? Fluency in French, Portuguese, Polish, Italian, German, or Dutch is a plus!
