About the Role

We are looking for a commercially astute and analytically driven Revenue Growth & Business Intelligence Manager to support the delivery of sustainable, profitable growth across the business. Working closely with Sales, Finance, Category, Marketing and Commercial Planning teams, you will use data, insights and market intelligence to influence strategic decision-making, optimise commercial investments and identify opportunities to improve customer and product performance.

This role plays a critical part in shaping pricing strategy, trade investment effectiveness, product mix optimisation and customer planning. You will act as a trusted business partner, providing clear recommendations and robust analysis to drive long-term commercial success while ensuring alignment with company policies and governance frameworks.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis and reporting of pricing performance across key customers and channels, ensuring pricing recommendations, discount structures and commercial proposals support profitability objectives.
  • Provide visibility of trade margin performance and contribute to the ongoing development of the UK profit pool to support sustainable growth.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of trade investments and promotional activity, delivering insights on return on investment and identifying opportunities to optimise commercial spend.
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance and Category teams, challenging and influencing decision-making to maximise value creation for both the business and its customers.
  • Monitor customer commercial returns, supporting the management of customer agreements and trade terms, and helping to establish best-practice Joint Business Planning frameworks.
  • Provide independent analysis of major seasonal activities and key investment decisions.
  • In partnership with cross-functional stakeholders, develop insights into product and customer mix performance, identifying opportunities to improve revenue, margin and volume outcomes.
  • Support the creation of customer, brand and SKU strategies that drive profitable growth while ensuring commercially sustainable outcomes.
  • Lead commercial reporting and performance analysis across relevant channels and customers, providing actionable recommendations based on year-to-date and forecast performance.
  • Play an active role in the budget planning process, support S&OP activities through customer insight, and help embed key commercial performance metrics across planning processes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
