Join us at Karo Healthcare on our exciting journey. We're currently looking for a RGM Director for our office in Maidenhead, UK.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and evolve Karo's global Revenue Growth Management strategy in close partnership with executive leadership.
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable regional pricing, promotion and commercial plans across international markets.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Analytics teams to identify growth opportunities and maximize commercial performance.
  • Leverage advanced analytics, pricing insights and performance dashboards to drive data-based decision making and foster a strong test-and-learn culture.
  • Transform complex data into clear commercial recommendations and impactful customer negotiation strategies.
  • Drive the adoption of digital tools, automation and innovative RGM capabilities, including AI-enabled forecasting and pricing solutions where appropriate.
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing international RGM team while creating a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a change leader, driving alignment and successful implementation of RGM initiatives across regions.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve commercial execution, profitability and long-term sustainable growth.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of international leadership experience within Consumer Healthcare, FMCG, Retail or similarly fast-moving industries.
  • Previous experience in a top-tier management consulting environment is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Excellence, Pricing, Category Management or related commercial strategy functions.
  • Proven experience driving commercial and financial performance across multiple countries or business units.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing high-performing international teams.
  • Excellent analytical capabilities with experience using advanced analytics, pricing tools and commercial performance dashboards.
  • Strong technical affinity, ideally including experience with AI-powered analytics, pricing engines or machine learning applications.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders across functions and geographies.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and continuously evolving international environment.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and change management capabilities.
  • Master's degree in Business, Economics, Management or a related field is preferred.
