Job Description
Looking for a high-impact, 9–12-month commercial challenge where you can genuinely pull the levers on value creation? One of the UK’s most iconic, FMCG employers is on the hunt for a sharp, inquisitive Revenue Growth Manager to join their high performing RGM team located in Surrey/M4 Corridor (3 days office, 2 days WFH). This isn't a passive "keep-the-seat-warm" contract; you’ll be taking a highly visible lead on pricing strategy, optimizing promotional plans, and building out the analytical tools that drive commercial decision-making across their legendary product portfolio. Requirements
- Previous experience in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Finance, Category, or Pricing within FMCG.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Nielsen, Kantar, IRI, or similar market data platforms.
- Proven ability to develop pricing strategies, promotional plans, and commercial insights that drive growth.
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills and advanced Excel/data analysis capability.
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000
Location: Surrey/M4 Corridor - 3 Days Per Week On-Site
