Revenue Growth Manager - 9-12m FTC

Lead Revenue Growth for an Iconic FMCG Brand

Job Description

Looking for a high-impact, 9–12-month commercial challenge where you can genuinely pull the levers on value creation? One of the UK’s most iconic, FMCG employers is on the hunt for a sharp, inquisitive Revenue Growth Manager to join their high performing RGM team located in Surrey/M4 Corridor (3 days office, 2 days WFH). This isn't a passive "keep-the-seat-warm" contract; you’ll be taking a highly visible lead on pricing strategy, optimizing promotional plans, and building out the analytical tools that drive commercial decision-making across their legendary product portfolio. If you are highly analytical, comfortable diving deep into complex market data (Nielsen, Kantar, IRI), and want a role offering £65k-£75k plus a strong benefits package - including bonus, and some awesome company perks - get in touch today.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
